This command provides information on a user who has just left the IRC network. This is mostly useful to channel operators who wish to ban a user that has just quit. Unlike whois, this command only provides the host name mask of the user that is no longer on the network, the server to which they were connected, and the time the connection was made. It cannot be used to find out which channels a user was on. Also note that whois data is flushed from the server regularly. If a user is not on the network and you want more information about them, you are recommended to issue this command within 15 minutes of the user quitting.
This command takes 1 argument. The nick name you want additional information on. If you want to find out information on nick1, issue this command:
