Network staff help ensure the smooth operation of the network. Some of their roles and responsibilites are as follows:

• Approving or rejecting VHost requests
• Helping users with channel access issues
• Maintaining connections between the IRC servers on the network
• Assisting new users to the network
• Kicking or banning disruptive users that violate the terms of service
